THE ART GALLOWS LIABILITY, AND (AS APPLICABLE) THE LIABILITY OF THE ART GALLOWS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS, TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTIES IN ANY CIRCUMSTANCE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT OF FEES YOU PAY TO THE ART GALLOWS IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE ACTION GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY, AND (B) $100. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

If any provision of this Agreement is held unenforceable, then such provision will be modified to reflect the parties' intention. All remaining provisions of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
Except as explicitly stated otherwise, any notices shall be given by postal mail to The Art Gallows Attn: Legal Department; 18543 Devonshire St., #242, Northridge CA 91324 (in the case of The Art Gallows) or to the email address you provide to The Art Gallows during the registration process (in your case). Notice shall be deemed given 24 hours after email is sent, unless the sending party is notified that the email address is invalid. Alternatively, The Art Gallows may give you notice by certified mail, postage prepaid and return receipt requested, to the address provided to The Art Gallows during the registration process. In such case, notice shall be deemed given 3 days after the date of mailing.

The services hereunder are offered by The Art Gallows , located at 18543 Devonshire St., #242, Northridge CA 91324. If you are a California resident, you may have this same information emailed to you by sending a letter to the foregoing address with your email address and a request for this information.
The Art Gallows will ship artwork anywhere within the United States via FedEx Ground.
FedEx Ground service delivery times are based on distance. It could take your ground shipment one day or five days to reach its destination, depending on where your are located. Choose FedEx Ground when you want reliable delivery but timing is not as critical.

FedEx Ground ($8.50 per item) arrives in 1 to 5 days after it leaves our printer. If you choose this option, we send you an email with tracking details and an estimated delivery date for your package when it ships.
11 x 14 inches
FedEx Ground ($12.50 per item) arrives in 1 to 5 days after it leaves our printer. If you choose this option, we send you an email with tracking details and an estimated delivery date for your package when it ships.
17 x 22 inches
FedEx Ground ($16.50 per item) arrives in 1 to 5 days after it leaves our printer. If you choose this option, we send you an email with tracking details and an estimated delivery date for your package when it ships.
We normally ship within 5 business days of your completed order.
Please make sure to input the correct shipping address. Packages that are returned to us are often marked "insufficient address." You will be responsible for extra shipping costs if we have to resend due to an address input error.
We do pack our editions carefully, protect them with heavy duty cardboard. Please notify us immediately at

Our charges are for shipping and handling. Handling costs include the cost of packing materials as well as the fees we're charged by the fulfillment house that stores, packs and ships our orders.
Our prints are both limited edition AND extremely inexpensive to you. We're not able to absorb the cost of replacing prints, nor can we produce additional prints once an edition is sold out. First class mail is more economical but does not include tracking, and the handling is a bit rough and tumble for fine art prints. We could be dealing with a lot of prints that are lost, delayed or damaged. We want your print to arrive safe and sound!
